Sources of Inspiration

We both love to travel and visit places that preserve the history of interior spaces. It’s important to cherish the old while embracing the new — that tension between timeless and fresh is where the magic happens.

Music to Fuel Creativity

We bounce between everything from head-bobbing rock anthems to delightfully cheesy elevator tunes. Sometimes you need AC/DC, and sometimes you need complete silence to hear yourself think!

Things About Spring

The renewal of color everywhere — from blooming flowers to fresh greenery. There’s an energy and optimism in spring that perfectly aligns with our approach to creating vibrant, meaningful interiors.

New Design Trend

We’re excited about playing with color and pattern. No cookie-cutter designs, no more gray everything — instead, we’re embracing color and fun, meaningful design!

My Rowe Design

Cozy evenings with loved ones were the inspiration for Gray Benko Home’s My Rowe Design. Gray and Chelcie envisioned an everyday space for everyday life — “somewhere you can plop down on the sofa, light the fireplace on a cold night, and really enjoy a glass of wine.” The comfortably-chic Dominic Sofa is a particular favorite of theirs, bringing soft‑edged modern style into the mix in a light shade of rust. Artful forms and eclectic accents are tucked into every corner of this relaxed yet refined space, which is brimming with color and pattern from wall to wall.

This is a space where a family would be watching TV, reading a book, maybe playing board games together in the evening.

The rich palette draws inspiration from the wallpaper, an original Gray Benko Home design in bold burgundy with a hand‑painted floral motif. “The wallpaper helps define the woodwork and elevates the entire room,” say the designers, “[and] we wanted to showcase it in a way that would complement the beautiful Rowe pieces.” A striking Heywood Wing Chair in bottle green chenille adds a bold note of color, while a pair of Dena Cube Ottomans in navy velvet and other blue elements beautifully accentuate the deep red and delicate blues of the iconic wallpaper.
